C. Baldwin Hotel of Houston, TX, is named for Charlotte Baldwin Allen— the badass broad who bankrolled and built the whole damn city, but was barred from signing the deed because of her gender.

I teamed up with Sockeye to elevate Charlotte’s voice and story in the hotel’s brand identity—from a gutsy brand manifesto right down to the devil-may-care collateral copy that greets guests on their keycards.
